Jack o lantern sandwich in Easy Lunchboxes

I’ve been trying to Halloween up the lunches a bit this week.  My little one had WOWbutter soy spread and strawberry jam on Rudi’s Organic whole wheat bread.  She has a raw fig treat and raisins in the main compartment with her lunch.  In the top parts of her Easy Lunchboxes containers are plum sections and strawberry hearts.

Big sis had sandwiches on Rudi’s Organic Whole Wheat too. Hers had Strawberry dairy free cream cheese by Daiya with strawberry jam, a fig treat and a coconut macaroon with raisins.  In the top of her Easy Lunchboxes are plums, raspberries and organic pickling cucumbers with sea salt.

Welcome to Monday.  I’m off to a slow start today trying to tackle a big to-do list, and I’m late posting lunches!  Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.  Miss G was the only one in school last Friday so I’m posting her Friday lunch. She had Soy Boy ravioli at the top left.  I sent vegan Continue Reading
